Usage

Our WordPress themes are developed to work on a self-hosted WordPress site not wordpress.com. You can download the WordPress Software from wordpress.org

Licensing

All of our themes are licensed under the GNU general public license (https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html). You are free to modify our products for personal or commercial projects as you wish to fit your purposes. You can use our products on as many sites as you like as it is GPL licensed. However, you will need a valid and active license key to get support and automatic updates. One site license will give you support and automatic updates for one site only.

Subscription

All of our themes and plugins come with a one-year subscription. This means that from the date of purchase, you will have access to download the themes and plugins, as well as receive updates and support for one year. After one year, you can choose to renew your subscription for continued access to our premium support forum, although this is optional.

With the purchase of a single license, you can use our themes and plugins on as many sites as you like. However, please note that support will only be provided for one site.

A life-time plan means you will be able to use the products with updates until Theme Canary remains. 

Download

If there is a problem with one of our WordPress themes or if you experience any difficulty with the download, contact us and we’ll fix the problem as soon as possible.

Compatibility

Our themes are developed and fine-tuned for WordPress 6.0 or higher. Any version prior to that may have problems with some theme functionality. The minimal requirement for our themes is the same as WordPress. https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/

We cannot guarantee that themes will work with all third-party components, plug-ins or web browsers. Our themes have been tested to work on Firefox, Chrome and Safari.

Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of Theme Canary’s WordPress Products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of Theme Canary.

Refund Policy

We want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have any technical/sales queries, feel free to contact us. If during the next 30 days you experience an issue that makes the theme unusable and we are unable to resolve it, we’ll happily consider offering a full refund of your money.  Refunds are not applicable for renewals and upgrade.

Price Changes

Theme Canary reserves the right to modify or discontinue a subscription, including a lifetime plan, with or without notice, temporarily or permanently, at any time and from time to time.

Video Tutorial

Video tutorials are created to save your time and setup the Themes using WordPress. Downloading or distributing video tutorials is legal.
